Alongside your co-workers, you will be responsible for supporting the operational activity of Keynetics and reporting to the Operations Manager. This position requires initiative, attention to detail, ability to learn quickly and the ability to work with internal and external customers, with high accuracy and speed. This is an ideal role for a positive, professional, friendly, and reliable person to join our small team that are passionate about high-quality customer service.

In addition to the main role of Operations Support Assistant, as part of a small team we would expect the successful candidate to have a can-do positive attitude towards additional company tasks that their skills and experience lend themselves towards.

Main Duties and responsibilities

  • Process installation referrals for customers
  • Process orders for products and services
  • Create quotes and invoices
  • Organise shipments
  • Answer calls from customers regarding queries and questions
  • Provide management with operational reports
  • Support stock management activity
  • Conduct field visits and undertake overnight stays as and when required to install hardware
  • Create product test reports
  • General administration & support – maintaining records and databases, supporting the business with other tasks as and when required


Other duties as assigned:

  • Identify and complete appropriate self-development training and research
  • Support the mission and goals of the company
  • Physical Requirement: Moving and/or lifting stock boxes up to 13kg
