SentriKey® Access Platform
Manage and monitor lockbox access.
The SentriKey Access Platform is a bespoke cloud-based solution, designed for the SentriKey® lockbox and app access management and monitoring.
By logging in on any device from any location with an internet connection, platform users can oversee all lockboxes and properties assigned to them, manage users and contractors, and run a number of reports in real time.
The SentriKey Access Platform offers full transparency and traceability. All access permissions, including one-day codes, generated for a single day entry, are assigned to a specific individual. Users can complete audits on access, one-day code generation and inventory in the platform’s Reports section.

Locate and manage assets
See all of your lockboxes in a list report or on a map. View each device’s status (installed, active or inactive), allowing for effective management and stock recirculation.
Manage users and companies
Add and manage users and companies that have access to your lockboxes, such as staff and subcontractors. Configure different access levels, ranging from an administrator to a lockbox user.
Grant and revoke access in minutes
Access to particular lockboxes by specific users can be granted or removed in a few clicks, which is unachievable with a mechanical lockbox and most of the electronic key safes.
Generate temporary access codes
Use the platform to generate a one-day access code for contractors or emergency access. Each code is named for access tracking and is only valid until midnight on a selected date.
Full access history and reporting
Run reports on access, code generation and assets. The platform allows full transparency and traceability.
