The Access+ Platform for SentriGuard is the latest, custom-built solution for complete control over the SentriGuard® key safe access, app usage, and flex code generation.
The platform is cloud-based and can be used from any device connected to the internet. As part of SentriGuard, the new-generation access control system, the Access+ platform has many expanded functions in addition to managing assigned key safes, users, their access, and providing real time reports.
The new Access+ Platform features missing key detection alerts, allows grouping key safe users by their function (e.g. security or cleaners) and applying group access restrictions in a few clicks.
The platform enables quick flex code generation and sharing with assigned individuals by email or text message. These flex codes can be date and time restricted and granted for time periods from 30 minutes to 31 days. Codes can also be overwritten, if required for security reasons.
The Access+ Platform offers full transparency and traceability. Various reports on access history, flex code generation, inventory, users and more are simple to create and download for further use.

Locate and manage key safes
A list or map view of all your key safes on a user-friendly dashboard. See live asset updates, including access, user permissions and installation status.
Manage users and companies
Add, manage and group users and companies, such as subcontractors or key safe end users. Configure different access permissions ranging from platform administration and user management to code generation and key safe access.
Remotely manage app & code access
Grant and remove specific key safe access for app users or groups. Generate flex codes for manual access, restricting visit permissions by date and time from 30 minutes to 31 days.
Receive missing key alerts
Be notified when keys are not returned to a key safe. Track property access through a report and locate the last key holder in no time with minimum effort.
Generate access reports
Create and download reports on access, code generation and assets. The platform allows full transparency and traceability.
