SentriGuard® is very user-friendly, with both the platform and app highly intuitive. But true confidence comes from knowledge.
That’s why we ensure you are fully equipped from the first moment you start using our smart access control system.
We offer two types of training in different formats: system training (platform, app, and key safe) and installation training.
TRAINING
Here’s how we help you gain full confidence in deploying our system:
SYSTEM TRAINING
Our system is intuitive, but we’ve gone further by making a wide range of resources available through our Access+ section and in shareable formats. This makes it easy to add documentation to your company’s cloud for colleagues to access.
Training materials focus on platform and app use, and are available in various formats: user guides (PDF format) and video tutorials.
If required, we can also provide in-depth training sessions for platform administrators on request.
INSTALLATION TRAINING
While system training can be self-tought and is not strictly mandatory, all SentriGuard installers must be trained and certified.
The main reason for such strict requirements: security certification compliance may be voided if devices are installed incorrectly.
We offer an add-on installation training service for customers who want their own engineers certified to install SentriGuard® key safes.
Training sessions are delivered online and cover:
