Let us introduce our latest system-to-system integration between AJAX and Access+ for SentriGuard!

This new feature enables users with both key safe access and alarm control permissions to disarm AJAX alarms via the Access+ app when collecting keys, and to arm them again in a single click at the end of the visit when returning keys.

Unlike other key management solutions that rely on physical alarm integration between a key safe and an alarm hub, our system requires no special hardware or additional installation. It is configured remotely and ready to use within minutes.

Such approach provides an ideal foundation for future system enhancements and reduces the risk of isolated system failures caused by breakdowns in integration components, failures that would otherwise require site visits and device replacements.

Once you have your AJAX alarm integration add-on, getting started couldn’t be easier!

There is no need for any hardware components added to your key safes, and the system can be set up remotely in no time.

LINK YOUR ACCESS+ AND AJAX PLATFORMS

As it is a software to software integration, you’ll need to link your Access+ and AJAX accounts to allow system communication through API calls.

LINK YOUR AJAX HUBS TO SENTRIGUARD KEY SAFES

Next, link a specific key safe with the relevant AJAX hub on our Access+ platform.

UPDATE USER PERMISSIONS TO INCLUDE ALARM ACTIONS

We care about security! That’s why additional alarm permissions will need to be activated for existing users and included when granting access for new users.

READY TO GO! ARM AND DISARM ALARMS VIA SENTRIGUARD

All done! Once the system is set up remotely, the selected app users can both access keys and arm and disarm AJAX alarms through our app.
